We ask that you please bring your insurance card with you on the day of surgery and a list of your current medications. It is also vital that you let us know in advance if your insurance coverage changes.
The Eye Surgery Center is also pleased to offer you the flexibility of accepting all major credit cards and certified or cashier checks and several affordable financing options. We offer the option to pay bills online. Pay online using our secure server here.
